Description:

Returns a set of pre-rules to validate billing address, issuing bank country, card type.

Finds all pre-rules defined for the merchant.

Parameters:

modify

Allows to modify the pre-rule for the merchant. The used have to send the ID of the pre-rule and fields that are to be changed in the request.

priority

Allows to change the execution priority of the pre-rule.

Parameters:
